General dentistry

Dental decay
Tooth decay, or dental caries, is the process by which the tooth tissue is destroyed.

Dental decay is rarely painful until it is far advanced and, if left, the tooth may have to be extracted.

 

Fillings
If the decay is not too serious, the dentist will remove all the decay and restore the tooth with a white fillings.

White fillings are made of durable white filling material that does not carry mercury as the silver filling.

 

Dental Inlays-Onlays
More conservative than a crown, Inlays and Onlays are two methods of restoring normal tooth structure after decay or other damage.

 

Dental Bridges
A Bridge is commonly made up of two crowns for the teeth one on either side of the gap – these two anchoring teeth are a called abutment teeth – and a false tooth/teeth in between.

 
 

Dentures
Dentures can be partial or full. Partial dentures can replace a few missing teeth.

Preventive dentistry is the removal of calculus and plaque from the teeth and below the gums to ensure a healthy mouth.

 

Teeth Whitening
There is “Home Whitening” , use mouth tray and bleach at home .

Home Whitening procedures use hydrogen peroxide to bleach out stains on your tooth enamel.
